Yes...absolutely there are many proven health benefits as well as preventing any unwanted behaviours from your cat . All our kittens are rehomed as pets only and with the agreement of the new owner to have this done within the first 12 months at a time which is recommended by their vet.
Yes.. Ragdolls are very sociable animals and need company. Owners who are out a lot will often find it beneficial to home a pair from the same litter as they will get along well and prevent loneliness which can lead to depression in this loving breed.
Kittens are socialised very early on by their mum and are using the litter tray at only a few weeks so will us leave fully trained and will just need showing the tray when they arrive at their new home. We do recommend using the same litter as us when thy first go home but can be gradually changed once settled
Keeping kittens with mum and littermates for first 13 weeks meets the guidelines set by GCCF which ensure the kittens get the very best start. This time frame for socialisation has proven lifelong benefits and minimises risks of developing behavioural issues in the future which can occur when kittens are rehomed too early. Kittens will also have received their full course of vaccinations before they leave protecting their health for the first year of life.
The Ragdoll coat is non matting and similar to rabbit fur which is minimally shed . We would recommend grooming once or twice weekly is sufficient though this is an enjoyable bonding exercise and our cats regularly enjoy a daily brush.
The Ragdoll breed has lost many survival instincts through selective breeding. Where this has produced the gentle and loving temperament which makes Ragdolls so popular, they would be vulnerable to many dangers if allowed out. They are strictly indoor cats unless supervised on a harness.

We are small scale family run ethical hobby breeders based in Worcestershire. Our single breading Queen Kaire is a much loved family pet and has proven to be a fantastic mother to her first litter of kittens. We carefully selected our stud for both looks and temperament, which have clearly been passed on to our beautiful kittens. These adorable bundles of fuzz stay with us in the family home for 13 weeks before they are ready to leave for their forever homes. This time to remain with mum and the litter is necessary for their development and socialisation. We are a busy household with young children and visitors of all ages so our kittens a used to noise and everyday household activity we have taken great care to ensure they have all the necessary positive experiences during the key socialisation window. We spend hours every day playing with cuddling and grooming them and as a result our kittens will be confident outgoing and loving companions.
As you would expect when buying a kitten from a reputable breeder both parents are on the GCCF active register and meet the required standards to be bred from (low coefficient genetic percentage). This is to maintain the integrity of the breed and also ensure exceptional welfare standards are met while raising the kittens.

Both Mum and Dad have be tested for HCM and PKD and are clear to minimise the risk of any kittens developing these hereditary conditions.
Kittens will be fully vaccinated when they leave. They have been worm treated from 3 weeks old and will leave up to date with both flea and worm treatments. They will have been health checked twice at the vets. Kittens have been fed a high quality diet and as such I believe they have been given the the best possible start. We provide pet insurance cover for the first 5 weeks when they leave and would encourage you to continue this.
Our babies are adopted quickly, so reach out to reserve your furever friend or to ask any questions.
